I learned this event is being built around interaction, energy, and people.
Glow Events is creating a circus-inspired Employee Family Event that brings together employees, children, spouses, partners, leadership, and guests. The entertainment needs to feel outgoing and interactive while remaining comfortable for adults attending without children and appropriate for the leadership and VIP guests who may be part of the same environment.
The goal is not to recreate a traditional circus production. Instead, the event is bringing together familiar visual and interactive elements that create the playful atmosphere people associate with a circus while still feeling right for a professional company event.

The best moments are the ones that happen naturally.
Employees stop because something catches their attention. Children pull parents into the experience. Coworkers gather around an interaction and become part of it themselves. Adults attending without children can join just as naturally, while leadership and VIP guests can participate without the experience feeling childish or forced.
These are the unscripted moments that help give the event its personality. They create laughter, conversation, pictures, reactions, and shared experiences that continue beyond the individual guest who first stepped into the interaction.

Glow Events is already establishing the circus-inspired atmosphere with a stilt walker and face painter. Those elements create immediate visual impact and give guests recognizable ways to experience the theme.

Glow Events is coordinating this Illinois event from California, so the local entertainment portion should be easy to manage. Once confirmed, I can work with the appropriate venue or event contact to handle the details necessary for successful execution while Glow Events remains in control of the client relationship.
Arrival, parking, entertainment placement, timing, COI, W-9, and normal event coordination can all be handled locally so Glow Events can confidently move on to the other pieces of the event.
